How cute is this little critter on my Humming Bird Glass Straw?
I’m always trying to create simple cocktail recipes, that are still full of flavor and spunk. This Brunch Bubbly can be made in a pinch and is so deliciously crisp. It’s a perfect option for brunch, lunch or really anytime you’re looking to enjoy something light-without skimping on the flavor.
Servings: 2 Ingredients:
- 2 ounces St. Germaine Cordial, another Elder-Flower cordial can be a substitute
- 2 ounces Pear Vodka
- 8 ounces of Brut champagne or prosecco
Place all liquids except the bubbly in a shaker with 4 ice cubes. Shake continuously for about 30 15 seconds. Pour equal parts into two glasses. Top off with the bubbly.
