If you’ve been around SLC longer enough, I’m sure it didn’t take long for you to notice that I’m mildly obsessed with ruffles. I love minimalistic and neural looks, but there is something about fun and expressive ruffles on a garment that I can’t get enough of. Ruffles are feminine, playful and never go out of style. As mentioned above, my favorite pieces to sport ruffles on are dresses. Dresses are already all sorts of girly and fun, so it’s a match made in heaven. This red ruffle floral dress checks off all of my boxes as the perfect Summer dress. It’s thin and lightweight, making it a great option for hot summer days. Plus, I love the cut-out shoulders too. There’s really nothing to not love about this dress!
