You all know I love a complex cocktail. Something maybe a little funky or with an unexpected ingredient, but every so often I go back to the basics. This Rosemary Lemondrop Recipe adds an herby twist to the classic drink, which feels just right for the Fall season.

I also love that this cocktail recipe is so easy and quick to create, making it an easy go-to for the season. Just make the rosemary simple syrup ahead of time or when you go to whip up your cocktail. Either way, it lasts refrigerated up to 2 weeks.

Rosemary Lemondrop Recipe

Servings: 2


  • 1 3/4 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 1/2 oz. vodka
  • 2 oz. rosemary simple syrup
  • 2 oz. club soda


Pour all ingredients, except rosemary simple syrup, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 5 seconds. Pour evenly into two glasses filled with eyes. Top off each drink with 1/2 oz. of club soda and 1 oz. rosemary simple syrup. Stir. Garnish with a sprig of Rosemary.
