Although I’ve never been a big fan of dessert cocktails, there’s just something about the holiday season that makes me crave one. This Frosted Coconut Eggnog Cocktail is like the holiday version of a piña colada. SO GOOD.
Frosted Coconut Eggnog Cocktail

Ingredients:
- 3 oz. spiced rum
- 2 oz. real cream of coconut
- 2 oz. packaged eggnog, not spiced. My favorite is the Southern Comfort brand.
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin spice, divided
- ice
Directions:
Pour spiced rum, eggnog, cream of coconut and 1/2 of the pumpkin spice into a small blender and give a stir until everything is mixed. Add about a cup of ice to the blender and blend thoroughly. Pour into two glasses and sprinkle the remainder of the pumpkin spice on top. Add a cute straw and you have yourself a yummy holiday dessert drink!
P.S. If you skip the rum, this drink would be a yummy treat for kids too!
