Animal Print Lives On

I’ve never been big fan of animal prints on clothing. Before this dress, the only animal print in my closet was a leopard faux fur clutch. I’ve just never really been drawn to any pieces before. Yet, here we are in 2019 and animal print lives on…strong…and I’m kind of into it.

When I came across this long sleeve leopard print dress, what drew me to it was first the style-I love short dresses that have long sleeves. Then I loved the ruffle hem. Then I realized how well I thought the animal print worked on it. I liked that it was a little funky, but still feminine.

Although I can’t wear long sleeve dresses much because of the hot Miami weather, I do enjoy wearing them during this seasonally transitional time we are in right now. I will say, if you live in a warm winter area like me where once spring hits, you have to toss your long sleeves aside, then this may not be something you can wear a lot right now. But then again, this dress would look so cute with OTK black boots for winter-so it’s a pretty versatile dress to have in your closet.

What are your feelings on animal print? Have you always been a big fan or are you just stepping into them like me?
