As Spring rolls in each year, I move all my bright pink and red lipsticks to the front of my makeup cabinet…with much excitement 🤗 Just like my closet, my makeup gets a little refresh with the new season and that means readying the products that give me that Spring makeup glow.
There are two new members of my Spring makeup glow posse, Mary Kay® Limited-Edition Lip Tint and Limited-Edition Illuminating Drops. These two products epitomize what I look for in Spring makeup: a soft glow on my skin and swipe of something feminine and bold on my lips. A perfect combination.
These lip tint shades were inspired by the desert and can be applied gradually, with buildable color. Although these lip tints are bold, they have a softness I can’t quite put my finger on, but I’m guessing it’s their water-based and lightweight formula.
I love the pen-like tip that helps you line your lips before filling them in, making these lip tints convenient too!
The Mary Kay® Illuminating Drops are by far one of my favorite illuminating makeup products I’ve ever used. I love a good glow and as I mentioned before, it’s a look I love for the Spring and Summer months. However, I’m not a fan of having a glittery face. These Illuminating Drops offer the perfect amount of glow, especially since you can choose from three different shades.
Just look at that subtle glow on my cheekbone, loooooooove it. I actually used all three Illuminating Drops shades on different areas. The Bronze Light to my eyelids, the Golden Horizon to my cheekbones and the Silver Sand to my brow bones and décolletage.
This is another product that’s buildable, allowing the amount of glow you find just perfect ✨
