Chances are you’re familiar with the agolde denim brand. Just about every blogger owns a pair and they have been featured in countless style articles and magazines, because the reviews on their fit are impressive. I tend to not jump on the bandwagon for things, since I like to wait and see how things play out and if the hype is real. Well, I gave it about 1 1/2 years of hearing great things about agolde shorts and I finally gave them a try.

I now own two pairs and I love them (you can see me style them here and here also!) I’ve seen them worn on all sorts of body types and they look great, but especially as a petite gal with a curvy booty and thighs, it’s always a mission to find a well-fitting pair of denim shorts that aren’t too long or too big on the waist-these agolde shorts are such a winner!
I shared this top and some other cute ones to pair with denim shorts last week. I’m really into wrap or “surplice” tops lately. I find them to immediately elevate even a casual outfit because they are so flattering and have an almost tailored look to them since you can adjust them.

This has kind of been my uniform this summer. Last summer I was really into midi dresses, which I still love, but I’ve been all about denim shorts outfits this time around.
