There are some people that like to complain about social media and think it does more harm than good. However, in my opinion, I feel that we are very much in control of how we spend our time on Instagram and what content we choose to absorb.
I’m in control of my actions and reactions, so if I don’t like the way something makes me react, I see what changes I can make on my end, since that’s what I can control (not what’s making me react-as much as I sometimes wish I could 😉) I think this mindset is a good one to have if you find yourself struggling with social media-YOU make the changes. It’s empowering!
