My Favorite Wide Leg Crop Pants

My favorite kind of pant is a crop/ankle length style. I find them such a flattering style on anyone, but especially on my petite frame-they don’t overwhelm me. It’s why when I shop for wide leg pants, I prefer them to be a cropped length. I love pairing all wide leg crop pants with any shoes, from sneakers to heels. They’ve become a very versatile piece in my closet.

The pair I’m wearing are from Ann Taylor and are available in regular, petite and tall sizing. I also own this Everlane crop chino pant and these Old Navy wide crop jeans. I would say I mostly stick to a denim or chino material, as I prefer a bit more structure when it comes to wide leg crop pants-I like for them to crease well too, since I think that makes the pant legs more flattering.

I generally like to wear my wide leg crop pants with either a stripe top, a t shirt or the same color top as the pant. In today’s outfit I opted for a monotone look and I love doing this with wide pants-it adds some sleekness and monotone outfits tend to elongate and flatter the body which is always a plus. My button tank is from Heartloom, a shop I have quite a few basics from. Their collection is always really cute and full of versatile pieces.
Below I’m sharing my favorite wide leg crop pants. With Fall around the corner, this style of pant looks SO cute with ankle booties!
