It had been a while since I paired one of my dresses with boots, which is one of my favorite combinations. So, when both of these pieces came in the mail, this floral dress and these block heel chelsea boots, I knew I wanted to wear them together asap.
These boots are so good. They’re sleek, comfortable and lend themselves to a lot of different styles, which means they’re easy to wear with tons of pieces and will be a perfect boot to take into Spring. I think they give moto boots, riding boots and classic chelsea boots vibes all in one!

My floral dress is $44 and another piece I’ll get a lot of wear out of because of it’s print and color combination. I’ve talked before about how when I purchase pieces with floral print, I tend to lean towards florals that are in more subdued colors, that way I can wear the piece during all of the seasons. This is one of those dresses I’ll wear with boots and sneakers now and switch it up with sandals in the spring and summer. This floral dress fits well, as it’s a classic silhouette with really cute self-tie bow sleeves.
I really do love ankle boots (or booties, whatever you like to call them!) and wish I could have a huge collection, but that wouldn’t be smart of me since I don’t experience that much cold weather. HOWEVER, I will say this winter has been one of the coldest I can remember here in Miami, so I definitely have been giving all of my boots more wear than usual! I also pack a pair of ankle boots with me on almost every trip I go on, because of their versatility and comfort. What I’m saying is I think I’ve given myself permission to buy another pair 😜
