Grandma Chic Floral Tops

Grandma Chic Floral Tops

Today’s post was inspired by a comment left on this photo that I came across (not on instagram, somewhere else on the internet and now I don’t even remember-possibly Pinterest? Not sure!). I’m guessing the comment was meant to bother me or poke fun at my outfit, which lol to anyone taking the time that to do that to anyone-the internet is truly wild. What the comment actually made me do is laugh!

The comment said “my grandma called, she wants her blouse back” and when I read that I was like YES, that is totally one of my style aesthetics-I’m glad it was obvious. I call it grandma chic or millennial grandma, both are terms I’m sure many others use who love the same aesthetic. For me it’s usually either grandma chic floral tops or dresses that I wear when I’m embracing the vibe.

If I’m wearing a dress that feels grandma chic, then I usually modernize it with the jewelry I choose to pair with it. If I’m wearing a top that feels grandma chic, then it’s most likely a pair of jeans I wear with it to give the top a casual look.

Either way, I love the look! It’s feminine and fun. So, I wanted to share lots of other grandma chic floral tops that gives those kind of vibes.

I’m wearing the first top pictured above and love the soft green color, but it is available in a bunch of different colors and patterns.
