There are some combinations that are just perfection and pineapple + jalapeño is one of them. A wonderful mix of fruity sweet and heat. Crushed Ice Pineapple Jalapeño Tequila Cocktail
- 2 oz reposado tequila
- 6 oz fresh pineapple juice
- crushed iced
- sliced jalapeño, seeded
- Muddle jalapeño in pineapple juice for a minute, so that the jalapeño flavors release.
- Pour in tequila.
- Pour mixture with strainer over crushed ice in a glass.
- Garnish with jalapeño slice.
